How can I get a CSR code for a domain hosted on Naijadomains hosting servers?

If your domain is hosted with us, you should get a CSR code for activation of the nSSL certificate from us. Please submit a ticket to our Hosting — Other department and provide us with the following information that is necessary for CSR generation:

• Email Address the certificate will be sent to
• Host to make the certificate for (Decide whether you want www in front of the domain or not.)
• Country (2-letter abbreviation)
• State
• City
• Company Name
• Company Division
• Email
• Password

Get back to us when you get the certificate issued, and we will install it on the server.

NOTE: The istallation of an SSL certificate itself is free of charge, but it requires a dedicated IP to be assigned to your account. This means that you will need to get a dedicated IP from us if you want to secure your domain with the certificate. A dedicated IP costs $24 per year and will be added to your account upon request submitted to Billing department via a ticket.
